Despite being in the jungle, the area felt safe and we were lucky to have a room with a beautiful view of the mountains. the staff was friendly and accommodating, with a computer available to use.

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing with drainage problems and a humidity and canalization smell in the bathroom.

The breakfast was satisfactory, and the location of the hotel was convenient for my business meetings.

The rooms were suffocating and had a strong, musty smell. the staff were not helpful when I asked for extra towels or when I complained about the humidity in the room.

The hotel had a great location close to a little shopping center and the city center. It was lucky to use the area that was in the jungle, and the staff was very helpful. Additionally, the guarded parking located inside the hotel was a nice thing to have.

It was all superb.

Beautiful garden and comfortable rooms. The hotel is conveniently located and has easy access to shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

Limited options for breakfast and no bar on-site. No heating in the rooms during winter, making it a bit chilly at night.
